The Passion for the Table
On October 29th and 30th, Mille Sapori Plus IF&B, the official distributor of Iaquone flours with 7 warehouses in Poland dedicated to Pizza and Wine, organized the second edition of "The Passion for the Table."
API (Associazione Pizzerie Italiane) with President Angelo Iezzi, assisted by instructors Leandro Rosi and Simone Veglianti, will oversee the production of Roman round pizza, pizza by the pan, and pizza by the shovel, all prepared with highly hydrated doughs and long fermentation/maturation.
The event will be attended by 600 professionals from the Polish Horeca sector.
